Stacey Collings

Stacey Collings

Founder

Inspired by yoga’s transformative power, Stacey has dedicated her life to sharing this practice with others. With over a decade of experience in various yoga styles, including Ashtanga, Rocket, Yin, Mandala and Pre/Postnatal Yoga, she brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her classes.

Stacey’s holistic approach combines yoga, kinesiology and nutrition to help students achieve optimal wellbeing. Join her for dynamic flows, restorative practices and personalised guidance.

Abi

Abi Giles

Community Educator

Abi, a certified yoga instructor, brings over three years of experience to her classes. Her 200-hour Vinyasa training and 50-hour Yin training allow her to offer classes that blend strong flowing sequences with restorative postures. Giving you a uniquely balanced approach to yoga.

Abi’s classes focus on breath, movement and mindfulness, helping students find peace and clarity. Having navigated her own mental health journey, Abi uses yoga to find calmness and encourages self-exploration in her classes and workshops.

Community Educator

Angela’s passion for yoga began with a personal journey towards physical and mental wellbeing. Her 200-hour Vinyasa and Yin Yoga certification, coupled with her background in fitness and coaching, empowers her to guide students through a variety of practices.

Through her classes, Angela aims to inspire and empower individuals to connect with their bodies and minds. Join her on the mat and experience the transformative power of yoga.

Community educator

Bryony has been practicing yoga for years and have seen firsthand its transformative power. She recently completed her 200hr yoga teacher training in India and brings a fresh, vibrant energy to every class..

Her journey into yoga has led her to other holistic wellness therapies and is currently studying to become a homeopath. Say hi and join her on the mat, and let’s discover the joy of movement and mindfulness together.

Carly Brown

Carly Brown

Community Educator

Carly, a dedicated yogi of over 20 years, is a certified yoga instructor. She’s completed a 300-hour training with Melanie Cooper and Norman Blair at Zolder Studio in London. And in 2019, she also trained in yoga nidra.

Introduced to yoga by her mother as a teenager, Carly continues to practice Ashtanga yoga. Inspired by her own journey and great teachers, she became an instructor to share yoga’s benefits. Carly enjoys helping people tap into their potential, achieve their goals, and find calm, peace, and comfort in their bodies.

Lynette

Charlie Merton

Community Educator & Gong Master

Charlie is an experienced senior teacher grounded in the subtle energetics of yin and restorative yoga. She integrates yogic and non-dual tantric philosophy into her classes to help students deepen their self-awareness and experience yoga as a state of being.

With an Masters of Arts in Music Therapy, Charlie worked in mental health settings until the 2020 pandemic. She is also a sound healer, crystal healer, gong master and yoga teacher trainer, teaching modules on the yoga of sound, inclusivity and yin and restorative yoga. Join her on the mat for a truely healing yoga practice.

Esther Abrey

Community Educator & Pre/Post Natal Specialist

I love helping others discover the joy of yoga. As a 500-hour registered yoga teacher, I share my passion with everyone—from new and expectant mothers to athletes and local charities. I teach regularly in Twyford, Wallingford, Streatley, Berkshire and Oxfordshire.

My training began with Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and has expanded to include functional movement, yoga for athletes, pregnancy and postnatal yoga, yoga for anxiety and yoga nidra. My classes focus on tuning into your body, breath and mind, offering tailored options to meet you where you are each day.

Community Educator and Gong Master

Jo started practicing yoga over 20 years ago. Yoga and meditation have helped her to find her to navigate the ups and downs of life, leading her to a true path to happiness, wellbeing, peace and joy.

Over the years, she’s become more immersed in the world of yoga, meditation and sound. 

Life can be busy, come and join her on the mat to rest and be still for a moment.

Kim Beech

Community Educator

Kim moved from Thailand to England in 2008. Adjusting to life in the busy city was challenging and impacted her mental health. In 2016, she discovered yoga, which helped her regain balance and inspired her to become a teacher.

Her Vinyasa Flow classes are unique and inclusive, welcoming all sizes, genders and ages. Kim founded “MoveInsideFlow,” a yoga, movement, retreat and event platform aimed at empowering people with tools, community and connection for lasting change.

Hypnobirthing & Baby Massage

Lizzie is a qualified hypnobirth instructor with a level 3 diploma from the Calm Birth School. She offers 1:1 and group hypnobirthing and baby massage courses across Twyford, Wargrave & Henley & the surrounding areas.

As well as being a hypnobirthing and baby massage instructor; she’s a mother of two beautiful girls. They very much inspired her to embark on this journey after experiencing two very different, yet ultimately positive birth experiences.

Meditation Instructor

Mark Willis

Community Educator

Mark is an established and highly proficient Pranic Healer, helping countless people improve their health physically, emotionally and mentally. He is a dynamic and engaging Instructor, enabling students to easily understand the concepts and techniques of Pranic Healing to equip them with the skills necessary to utilise the teachings in their lives effectively.

Mark was diagnosed with a rare sleep disorder at the age of 16, a condition which lead to him sleeping continuously for days, weeks and months without any apparent cause or reason. He discovered the complementary therapy of Pranic Healing in 2004 and as result of his experiences, he has dedicated the last 20 years to helping others achieve the life changing results he did.

Olivia Foreman

Olivia’s path to becoming a yoga teacher began with a spark of curiosity ignited by Eckhart Tolle’s “The Power of Now”. This early exploration of mindfulness and meditation led her to a deep appreciation for yoga’s holistic approach to wellbeing. She has trained in Hatha, Vinyasa and Kundalini Yoga.

For Olivia, yoga is more than a physical practice; it’s a journey of self-discovery and connection. Join her on the mat to experience the transformative power of yoga firsthand.

Barre instructor

Rosa Melbourne

Community Educator

Rosa is a Barre Instructor and Yin Yoga teacher, currently completing an Advanced Barre course. Her classes are guided by rhythm and breath, blending mindful movement with subtle, dance-inspired flow.

Drawn to yang styles of exercise in her own practice, Rosa chose Yin Yoga as a balancing counterpoint. In her personal training time, she enjoys Kettlebell workouts, HIIT and HYROX training, which inform her appreciation for strength, resilience, and ease in movement.

Sara’s classes are inclusive and welcoming, catering to all levels and abilities. With a focus on alignment and modifications, she ensures every student feels supported and empowered. Her teaching style weaves together dynamic flows, grounding postures and mindful moments.

Her classes provide a space to connect with yourself and others, leaving you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and inspired.
