Rachael, UK-registered osteopath, earned a master’s from UCO after a sports injury career and has worked in NHS and private clinics since 2014.

Combining structural, visceral, cranial and lymphatic techniques in her treatment approach, Rachael helps empower patients and support their wellness journey. She also specialised in obstetrics and offers safe and gentle treatment for expectant mothers including prenatal and postpartum osteopathic care. 

Rachael founded Textus Osteopathy in 2021, now working in-house at McKinsey, London and The Little Yoga Studio, Twyford.

Tori Lutz is a Spinal Energetics and Reiki practitioner and Subconscious Mindset Coach, helping individuals release stored tension and protective patterns, regulate the nervous system and reconnect with their authentic selves – feeling more confident, aligned and empowered to trust themselves and their choices.

Her work guides clients navigating anxiety, overwhelm, overthinking, feeling stuck, or repeating unsupportive patterns into greater clarity and ease, helping them release what’s holding them back and move forwards with confidence through a blend of somatic, mindset and energy-based practices.

Taking a kind and empathetic approach, Katie creates a space where clients feel heard, understood and supported. Each private session is tailored to the individual, blending grounding practices, somatics and bodywork to reconnect the mind and body.

Through this work, Katie helps clients explore how past experiences are held within the emotional and physical body, supporting awareness, release and acceptance. By regulating the nervous system and anchoring into the present moment, clients learn to better understand their internal cues, reduce anxiety and move through life with greater clarity and ease.
