Whether you’re seeking to balance your hormones and gut with Kinesiology, release deep tension with a soothing massage, calm your mind with the gentle power of aromatherapy or rebalance your energy through the subtle beauty of crystal healing, this space is here to support you in feeling more connected to yourself, deeply relaxed and completely restored.
And the lovely part? It’s all right here, waiting for you. You can easily weave in a treatment alongside your favourite class or workshop and leave feeling truly supported – in your body, your mind and your soul.

Rachael, UK-registered osteopath, earned a master’s from UCO after a sports injury career and has worked in NHS and private clinics since 2014.
Combining structural, visceral, cranial and lymphatic techniques in her treatment approach, Rachael helps empower patients and support their wellness journey. She also specialised in obstetrics and offers safe and gentle treatment for expectant mothers including prenatal and postpartum osteopathic care.
Rachael founded Textus Osteopathy in 2021, now working in-house at McKinsey, London and The Little Yoga Studio, Twyford.

Astara is a qualified Health Visitor, Angelic Reiki Master, Crystal Healer and Akashic Record Clearer, dedicated to supporting deep healing and transformation.
Using Angelic Reiki, she works with the highest energies of the angelic realms to promote healing on a soul level, encouraging personal growth and balance. Her Crystal Healing sessions harness the natural energies of crystals to unblock and restore harmony within the mind, body and spirit.
Astara also offers Akashic Record Clearing, helping to release karmic patterns, ancestral restrictions, and energetic blocks, creating space for positive shifts in all areas of life. She is also the founder of Christiel Creations, her handmade crystal jewellery business.
