    Ever been curious about the incredible strength and freedom your body holds? Our Reformer Pilates classes are designed to explore just that! We bring together flowing movement and gentle resistance to help you build strength, tone beautifully and move with greater ease in all the ways that matter. Using the Reformer machine and sometimes the Tower, you’ll discover a way to move that supports your joints while gently challenging your muscles. Leave feeling longer, stronger and more aligned from the tips of your toes to the top of your head.

    Our Reformer Tower Pilates class introduces you to the powerful yet wonderfully accessible Tower Unit. Think of it as a way to deepen your connection to your body, using adjustable spring resistance to build resilient muscles and improve your posture from the inside out. You’ll explore movements that challenge your balance and alignment in a fun, energising way, leaving you feeling taller, more connected, and empowered in every move.     Ready to feel truly solid and supported from your center? This focused 30-minute Reformer session puts your core in the spotlight. Expect deep, concentrated work that strengthens your abs, glutes and lower back using the incredible power of the Reformer. It’s all about finding stability, improving your posture and feeling rock solid in every movement you make. A brilliant way to enhance any other movement you love to do.

    Looking for a dynamic way to build strength and feel truly alive in your body? This 30-minute Reformer Jumpboard session is designed to do just that. Expect a unique blend of powerful leg exercises and energetic intervals that will challenge you, build endurance and leave you feeling incredibly invigorated. It’s the perfect express hit to feel strong, energised and ready to take on anything.

    BARRE REFORMER ADVANCED

    Where precision meets power.

    This one’s for the movers ready to take things up a notch. We combine the grace of Barre with the challenge of Reformer to deliver a high-energy, full-body burn. Expect controlled, complex sequences and deep muscle engagement for serious sculpting.

    Some reformer experience preferred.
