Our brand new, fully equipped Reformer Pilates studio offers a variety of classes designed to support you at every stage of your wellness journey. Whether you’re just starting out in one of our fun and friendly beginners classes or looking to challenge your knowledge and skills in one of our more advanced and technical classes.

No matter where you are on your Pilates journey, our highly experienced instructors will be there to help guide you through every step as you build confidence and control over your body and mind.

    Our classes use a blend of Traditional and Contemporary Pilates, incorporating the Pilates Principles into our exciting, dynamic and fun sessions encouraging your personal growth.

    Some of our classes also incorporate jump boards and the tower to build your strength, core condition, mobility, flexibility and endurance.

    CLASS TYPES

    Reformer Pilates

    This full-body workout targets overall strength, balance, mobility and ease in everyday activities. Our small group classes are open to all levels and abilities.

    Lying, kneeling, sitting or standing; each reformer class is a total body workout and a balance between strength, flexibility and control.

    This class is based predominantly around the Reformer, and also includes other pieces of studio equipment, where needed, to help challenge areas of difficulty. The Goal of the reformer classes is to create an increased variety of coordinated movements and allow this apparatus to do what it was named to do…reform your body!

    Tower Pilates

    Take your workout onto the powerful, and simple to use Pilates apparatus known as the Tower Unit. Different to the Reformer, the Tower is a frame attached to the Reformer that uses adjustable spring resistance to strengthen and tone the body to create powerful, resilient muscles.

    Our signature Tower class improves posture and tones your entire body. Utilising spring resistance these fun and energising classes combine all aspects of Pilates from working on the mat to working with the added challenge of the springs.

    Tower classes help you understand your body by challenging balance, alignment and increasing mobility. You will strengthen & stretch your muscles with each movement whilst controlling the springs from your core so they don’t control you! If you want to challenge the whole body and walk away feeling strong, connected and tall this is definitely the class for you!
