Each Community Educator brings a wealth of experience, advanced training and a deep passion for guiding students on their wellness journeys. With diverse backgrounds in Pilates, our team is dedicated to creating an inclusive, inspiring environment where every class offers expert guidance and personal connection. Stacey Collings
Founder
Inspired by her teachers and peers, Stacey began her yoga journey with a 200-hour Ashtanga and Rocket Yoga Alliance Teacher Training in 2014. She has since trained in Advanced Rocket, Mandala, Tripsicore, Yin and Pre/Postnatal Yoga.
Stacey’s passion for overall wellbeing led her to become a Kinesiologist and Nutritional Consultant, running a wellness clinic in Hurst. She combines Yoga, Kinesiology and nutrition in her classes and workshops, helping people feel good from the inside out.
Stacey loves teaching powerful, sweaty flows and looks forward to working with you in her classes.
ANNA FRYER
Community Educator
Anna is a passionate Pilates and Barre instructor certified in STOTT PILATES® Matwork and Reformer.
She focuses on safe, effective movement to promote strong muscles, healthy spines and overall balance. Believing exercise enhances quality of life, Anna tailors sessions to clients’ abilities, inspiring independence and joy through movement.
Cathi Foale
Community Educator
Cathi has been a Pilates instructor since 2009 and is APPI clinically trained in Reformer Pilates. She is also a qualified Alexander Technique teacher, an influence that runs through all her teaching.
Passionate about helping people restore natural poise and move with greater ease, Cathi draws on both professional experience and personal recovery from serious injuries to support health, resilience and well being. Her classes are known for being supportive, energising and enjoyable and she looks forward to welcoming you into the studio – on the mat or the reformer.
Helen Midworth
Community Educator
Helen has always had a passion for group exercise and movement. After many years working as a solicitor, she decided to follow her heart and pursue a career in fitness. Since then, she has become qualified across a range of fitness disciplines, including Dynamic Reformer Pilates, Les Mills and Body Pump.
Helen brings her wealth of experience and infectious energy to her Barre and Dynamic Reformer classes, where movement and music combine to create an upbeat, challenging and fun workout. Her classes are all about feeling good, building strength and leaving with a smile.
Jean Young
Community Educator
Jean has been working in the fitness industry for the last three decades and during that time she has taught a wide range of disciplines.
Over the last ten years she has developed a real passion for Pilates, having seen amazing results from her clients. Her classes emphasise technique with everyone working on their individual progression to improve their strength, flexibility and mobility.
Kim Goodlet
Community Educator
Kim is a qualified Dynamic Reformer Pilates instructor and yoga teacher, trained in both Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow.
With a creative and playful approach, Kim loves bringing movement to life through dynamic sequencing and music-led flows. Her classes are energising, engaging and designed to challenge you in a way that still feels fun and accessible.
Rooted in mindfulness, Kim encourages you to move with more awareness and connection, while creating a supportive space where you can build strength, confidence and leave feeling uplifted.
RACHAEL HOOKWAY
Community Educator
Rachel’s passion for movement began with her dance training at the age of four.
After a professional dance career, she transitioned to Pilates, focusing on body health and mindfulness. Her classes combine steady, purposeful work with relaxation, helping clients feel strong, balanced, and rejuvenated in both body and mind.
SULENE ASHTON
Community Educator
Sulene is a comprehensive Pilates teacher with 23 years of experience and is passionate about helping clients of all levels restore confident movement.
She loves using the reformer to make sessions fun, strengthen bodies, and improve posture, helping her clients feel empowered and enjoy the magic of Pilates.
