With diverse backgrounds in Pilates, our team is dedicated to creating an inclusive, inspiring environment where every class offers expert guidance and personal connection. Stacey Collings
Founder
Inspired by her teachers and peers, Stacey began her yoga journey with a 200-hour Ashtanga and Rocket Yoga Alliance Teacher Training in 2014. She has since trained in Advanced Rocket, Mandala, Tripsicore, Yin and Pre/Postnatal Yoga.
Stacey’s passion for overall wellbeing led her to become a Kinesiologist and Nutritional Consultant, running a wellness clinic in Hurst.
She combines Yoga, Kinesiology and nutrition in her classes and workshops, helping people feel good from the inside out.
Stacey loves teaching powerful, sweaty flows and looks forward to working with you in her classes.
Jean Young
Teacher
Jean has been working in the fitness industry for the last three decades and during that time she has taught a wide range of disciplines.
Over the last ten years she has developed a real passion for Pilates, having seen amazing results from her clients. Her classes emphasise technique with everyone working on their individual progression to improve their strength, flexibility and mobility.
Jodie Phillips
Teacher
Jodie has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years and brings a background in gymnastics, which sparked her passion for helping others achieve strong, healthy bodies.
She is fully qualified in Mat and Reformer Pilates, Barre and other disciplines, as well as being a sports massage therapist and personal trainer. Jodie’s classes focus on building strength, confidence and fitness in a fun, energised and supportive environment.

Ted is an instructor specialising in the classical reformer method inspired by Joseph Pilates and his fundamental principles.
With flowing classes and yoga-inspired elements, Ted helps clients build strength, flexibility and confidence in movement while enjoying a balanced and engaging practice.
ANNA FRYER
Teacher
Anna is a passionate Pilates and Barre instructor certified in STOTT PILATES® Matwork and Reformer.
She focuses on safe, effective movement to promote strong muscles, healthy spines and overall balance. Believing exercise enhances quality of life, Anna tailors sessions to clients’ abilities, inspiring independence and joy through movement.
SULENE ASHTON
Teacher
Sulene is a comprehensive Pilates teacher with 23 years of experience and is passionate about helping clients of all levels restore confident movement.
She loves using the reformer to make sessions fun, strengthen bodies, and improve posture, helping her clients feel empowered and enjoy the magic of Pilates.
ZOE TIDMARSH
Teacher
Zoe is a certified Reformer, Mat Pilates and Barre instructor – teaching dynamic classes across Oxfordshire and Berkshire.
With a background in dance, she combines her expertise in movement and alignment to create engaging sessions. Zoe discovered Barre while training to become a professional dancer, as it seamlessly blended elements of her dance training. This sparked her passion for teaching.
RACHAEL HOOKWAY
Teacher
Rachel’s passion for movement began with her dance training at the age of four.
After a professional dance career, she transitioned to Pilates, focusing on body health and mindfulness. Her classes combine steady, purposeful work with relaxation, helping clients feel strong, balanced, and rejuvenated in both body and mind.
