Baby Massage Course

Yoga Teacher First Aid Training

18 January

Teacher: Hannah Goodwin

With 15+ years as an Emergency Nurse and experience as a yoga therapist, Hannah offers a tailored, trauma-informed course for studio professionals. This one-day training covers lifesaving skills like CPR, AED use and managing studio-specific injuries. Receive a 3-year certification, first aid manual and portable first aid kit upon completion.

Yin & The Energetic Body – 30hr TT

14 – 17 February 

Teacher: Jamie Clarke

Uncover the deeper dimensions of Yin Yoga with this transformative 3-day course. Learn from experienced teacher, Jamie Clarke, who trained directly under Yin Yoga pioneers Paul and Suzee Grilley. Explore anatomy, sequencing and the philosophy behind this practice. Discover how Yin Yoga can enhance physical and emotional well-being.

Pregnancy and Mum & Baby Yoga

Postnatal Yoga : Mum & Baby

25 February – 25 March

Teacher: Esther Abrey

Reconnect with your body, bond with your baby and meet other mums in a nurturing space. This 5-class postnatal yoga course is for mothers and their pre-crawling babies – starting from when you feel ready (vaginal birth) or following doctor’s sign off/12 weeks caesarean birth. Sessions focus on core recovery, baby-friendly poses and guided relaxation. No experience needed – just bring a blanket for baby and a willingness to move at your own pace.
