Baby Massage Course

22 April – 13 May

Strengthen your bond with your baby through the gentle art of massage. Our 5-week course teaches you soothing techniques to relax and calm your little one. Learn about the numerous benefits of massage, from improved sleep to digestion. Enjoy a supportive community and take home essential oils and guidance for continued practice. Pregnancy and Mum & Baby Yoga

Postnatal Strengthen & Stretch

3 June – 1 July

Reconnect with your body, bond with your baby and meet other mums in a nurturing space. This 5-class postnatal yoga course is for mothers and their pre-crawling babies – starting from when you feel ready (vaginal birth) or following doctor’s sign off/12 weeks caesarean birth. Sessions focus on core recovery, baby-friendly poses and guided relaxation. No experience needed – just bring a blanket for baby and a willingness to move at your own pace.

Flow School, led by Bonnie Weeks

7 – 11 July

Teacher: Bonnie Weeks

A 5 day in-person creative sequencing & cueing course for yoga teachers who want to own the hell out of their voice.

Instead of traditional yoga sequencing, you’ll craft a Peak Flow based on movement science, breathing patterns and your connection to practice. This emphasises transitions and breath-paced movement.

Using this method, you’ll develop mini flows leading up to the Peak Flow, accommodating diverse student abilities in a safe, scalable way. It ensures comprehensive body movement and specifically tailored warm-ups for the Peak Flow.

You’ll customise this approach for Vinyasa, Power Vinyasa, and Slow Flow classes, adaptable to various ages and abilities. It offers clarity in sequencing, a personalised template, eliminating guesswork, and an innovative perspective beyond typical Vinyasa practices.
