Stacey Collings

Stacey Collings

Founder

Influenced by her teachers and peers, Stacey was first inspired to become a Yoga teacher during her 200-hour Ashtanga and Rocket Yoga Alliance Teacher Training in 2014. Since then she’s gone on to study and train in Advance Rocket, Mandala, Tripsicore, Yin and Pre and Post natal Yoga.

On her yoga journey, Stacey found herself wanting to learn more about nutrition and overall wellbeing. She’s since become a Kinesiologist and Nutritional Consultant and runs a small wellness clinic in Hurst.

Yoga, Kinesiology and nutrition have taught Stacey so much about herself and what’s important to her. She is passionate about helping people feel good about themselves from the inside out and often weaves Yoga, Kinesiology and nutrition together in her classes and workshops.

Stacey loves teaching a sweaty powerful flow and looks forward to working with you in one of her classes.

Esther

Esther Abrey

Teacher & Pre/Post Natal Specialist

I love helping others love yoga. I am a 500 hour registered yoga teacher who loves sharing my love of yoga whether that is to new or expectant mamas, through to providing accessible yoga for local charities, to supporting athletes in their training and aiding injury recovery, supporting your nervous system through yoga nidra meditation, or even exploring aerial yoga. You can find me regularly teaching in Twyford, Wallingford, Streatley and Berkshire & Oxfordshire!

My original 200 hour yoga teacher training was in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, and my curiosity has led me to explore functional movement, being one of the few people in the country to have attained the Yoga Alliance Professionals Yoga for Athletes and In Sport, as well as specialising in pregnancy and postnatal yoga (including further training into c-section recovery, and Pelvic Girdle Pain), yoga for anxiety, depression and PTSD, and yoga nidra.

I love finding out about the why and the how behind these incredible traditions and practices, and love blending my learnings on the very latest on for example, research into fascia and how this impacts movement with traditional yogic wisdom, for example in this instance, the bandhas.

My classes encourage you to find where you need to be, to tune in to the feedback from your own body, breath, and mind, offering options to tailor it to where you find yourself each day.

Carly Brown

As a teenager, she was taken to weekly yoga classes by her mother and has since continued to practice Ashtanga yoga. She has been lucky enough to have had many great teachers and guidance over the years.

Carly became a yoga teacher because she wanted to share the benefits yoga offers. She enjoys working with people to help them tap into their potential, achieve their goals and feel a sense of calm, peace and a new level of comfort in the body.

Jo Winterton

Jo Winterton

Teacher

I started practicing yoga over 20 years ago. Yoga and meditation have helped me to find my true path to happiness, well-being, peace and joy. They have helped me to navigate the ups and downs of life, and I love to share the knowledge I have learned (and am still learning), in my yoga classes, meditation classes, workshops, retreats and sound healing.

I chose to do my yoga teacher training with FRYOG – studying classical and holistic yoga. I then studied with Swami Saradananda, and trained to become a meditation teacher. I am also a gong master practitioner CMA, I trained with Sarah Gregg at Sacred Sound Inspirations.

I have become more immersed in the world of yoga since having my children – it is a way of life for me, I live and breathe yoga and am constantly adding to my knowledge and skills.

Life can be busy, come and join me to rest and be still for a moment.

Abi Giles

Having qualified in a 200 hour vinyasa yoga training in 2020, Abi has been passionately teaching yoga for over three years. She followed this with 50 hours of yin training, and curates classes around both strong flowing sequences and slow restorative sessions. She believes a mix of both yin & yang yoga styles helps to create balance on and off the mat.

Abi focuses on creating a deep awareness of breath and movement, allowing her students the space to disconnect from a busy mind and tune back into their own bodies.

On a long journey with her own mental health, yoga has been the tool to help Abi find a place of calmness and clarity in life, and encourages self exploration and the practice of letting go through her classes and workshops.
