We’ll gently guide you through exercises that focus on core strength, flexibility and mindful connection to your body, all while encouraging you to find your own personal rhythm and celebrate your progress.

    REFORMER PILATES SIGNATURE

    Discover what your body can really do.

    Our Signature classes bring together flowing movement and gentle resistance to help you build strength, tone beautifully and move with greater ease in all the ways that matter. Using the Reformer machine and sometimes the Tower, you’ll discover a way to move that supports your joints while gently challenging your muscles. Leave feeling longer, stronger and more aligned from the tips of your toes to the top of your head.

    All levels are welcome.

    REFORMER PILATES CHALLENGE

    Feel strong & resilient.

    This class builds on your foundational skills by introducing complex sequences designed to challenge your balance, coordination, and endurance. It’s where you truly integrate your core principles into dynamic, flowing movement.

    Is This Class For Me?

    This class is NOT suitable for beginners. We require students to have completed a minimum of 10 Reformer Signature classes to ensure safety and confidence.

    Pilates meets high-energy workout!

    This dynamic class is the perfect entry point for shaping and toning, set to some seriously good beats. Using the Reformer and small weights, we introduce continuous sequencing and focused sets to deliver a low-impact, high-energy experience that creates a full-body burn. Get ready to sweat, shake and build a more sculpted, powerful you.

    Suitable for all levels, including beginners who have completed one of our Signature Classes.

    Ready to level up?

    This isn’t just Reformer. This is where the precision of ballet meets the power of Pilates. Inspired by Stacey’s training in California with world-renowned dancer Or Khan, from Pilates & Or, this class blends classical Pilates foundations with a contemporary, dance-led flow. Think strong lines, seamless transitions and smart, purposeful sequencing – all set to the beat of the music. And don’t worry, you don’t need to know how to dance!

    EXPRESS CARDIO

    Build power, feel invigorated.

    Looking for a dynamic way to build strength and feel truly alive in your body? This 30-minute Reformer session is designed to do just that. With Jumpboard, Cardio or Tower class options, you can expect a unique blend exercises and energetic intervals that will challenge you, build endurance and leave you feeling incredibly invigorated. It’s the perfect express hit to feel strong, energised and ready to take on anything.

    All levels are welcome.

    ROCKET YOGA

    REFORMER PILATES TOWER

    Build Strength & Flexibility

    Our Tower class combines the dynamic resistance of the Reformer with the versatility of the Tower system to create a full-body, strength-focused workout. Using springs, bars, and pulleys, this class challenges your stability, control, and coordination while building long, lean muscle. The added Tower component allows for a wider range of exercises, deeper stretch work, and targeted strength training for the core, glutes, arms, and back.

    Suitable for those with some Reformer experience.
