SLOW FLOW
A gentle and meditative approach that allows you to deeply connect with your breath, cultivate body awareness and find inner stillness.
This practice is suitable for all levels, offering modifications and variations to support your unique needs and abilities.
YIN YOGA
A restorative yoga practice designed to help you focus better, sit longer and more comfortably by stretching connective tissue around the joints. It’s a practice of mindfulness and is perfect for anyone who’s active, does power yoga or those who have a busy job, life, or just want to go deeper in their yoga or meditation practice.
Energising and strengthening yoga
We offer dynamic yoga classes specifically designed to invigorate and strengthen you. Our energising and strengthening yoga classes combine movement, breathwork and intention to help you grow and deepen your practice.
ASHTANGA YOGA
Ashtanga yoga is a great place to start if you’re new to yoga, giving you the tools you need to learn, progress and grow your practice. As you begin to connect your breath with this flowing sequence and become familiar with the poses, your mind will move into a meditative and calm state and you will improve strength and flexibility.
MANDALA YOGA
A creative and fun vinyasa flow, grounded in the elements – earth, water, air, and fire. Mandala is a mixture of poses from Primary and Rocket that focus on a target area of the body, for example: hamstrings, hips, chest openers, or twisting. This practice will have you moving around your mat and exploring your creativity. It’s great for runners, golfers, and anyone who wants a more creative practice.
ROCKET YOGA
Calling all cardio junkies, runners and HIIT lovers. This challenging, fun and playful practice is thought to be the original power yoga. It’s rooted in Ashtanga and set to music. Break a sweat as you link movement and breath while strengthening your body. It’s a great practice for all levels.
VINYASA FLOW YOGA
A playful practice that links movement with breath, creating a moving meditation and offering an opportunity to find your own rhythm and express yourself through the practice. It’s great for practitioners of any level.
