Stacey Collings

Stacey Collings

Founder

Inspired by her teachers and peers, Stacey began her yoga journey with a 200-hour Ashtanga and Rocket Yoga Alliance Teacher Training in 2014. She has since trained in Advanced Rocket, Mandala, Tripsicore, Yin and Pre/Postnatal Yoga.

Stacey’s passion for overall wellbeing led her to become a Kinesiologist and Nutritional Consultant, running a wellness clinic in Hurst.

She combines Yoga, Kinesiology and nutrition in her classes and workshops, helping people feel good from the inside out.

Stacey loves teaching powerful, sweaty flows and looks forward to working with you in her classes.​

Abi

Abi Giles

Teacher

Abi, a certified yoga instructor since 2020, has over three years of teaching experience. With 200 hours in vinyasa training and 50 hours in yin, she offers classes blending strong flowing sequences and slow restorative sessions. Abi believes balancing yin and yang styles creates harmony on and off the mat.

Her focus on breath and movement helps students disconnect from busy minds and reconnect with their bodies. Having navigated her own mental health journey, Abi uses yoga to find calmness and clarity, encouraging self-exploration and letting go in her classes and workshops.

 

Angela Sanchez

Angela’s yoga path began as a seeker of physical and mental wellbeing. Inspired by her mother, she immersed herself in the practice, exploring its physical, mental, and spiritual dimensions. With a background in fitness and coaching, she deepened her knowledge through anatomy studies and diverse yoga styles.

Her global travels enriched her understanding of yoga, incorporating wisdom from Tibetan, Vedic, and Taoist traditions. A 200-hour Vinyasa and Yin Yoga teacher training at the Bristol School of Yoga marked a significant milestone.

Passionate about sharing yoga’s transformative power, Angela is dedicated to holding space for others on their journeys. Through her teaching, she aims to inspire and guide students towards greater self-awareness, balance, and inner peace. Continual learning and growth are essential to her practice, fueling her commitment to the yoga community.

Hi I’m Bryony! I’m 31 and have a vibrant energy, an unwavering passion for yoga, along with a deep commitment to holistic wellness.

Yoga has been a cornerstone in my life, serving as a source of balance, strength and inner peace. This passion is matched by an eagerness to be a part of the transformative power that yoga brings.

In September, I will be embarking on an exciting new chapter, starting college to study Homeopathic medicine. This new venture is driven by a desire to deepen my understanding of natural healing and holistic practice.

Carly Brown

Carly has practiced yoga for over twenty years and became a certified teacher in 2016 after completing a 300-hour training with Melanie Cooper and Norman Blair at Zolder Studio in London. In 2019, she also trained in yoga nidra.

Introduced to yoga by her mother as a teenager, Carly continues to practice Ashtanga yoga. Inspired by her own journey and great teachers, she became an instructor to share yoga’s benefits. Carly enjoys helping people tap into their potential, achieve their goals, and find calm, peace, and comfort in their bodies.

Charlie Merton

Teacher & Gong Master

Charlie is an experienced senior teacher grounded in the subtle energetics of yin and restorative yoga. She integrates yogic and non-dual tantric philosophy into her classes to help students deepen their self-awareness and experience yoga as a state of being.

With an MA in Music Therapy, Charlie worked in mental health settings until the pandemic. She is also a sound healer, crystal healer, gong master, and yoga teacher trainer, teaching modules on the yoga of sound, inclusivity, and yin and restorative yoga.

Emily

Emily Cobbie

Teacher

Emily Cobie is a community yoga and chanting facilitator and founder of the Oh Shala yoga festival. She has been teaching in Berkshire and Buckinghamshire for over 10 years, guided by Hatha Yoga Guruji Praveen Somu and Ashtanga Yoga Guruji Ajay Kumar. Emily trains annually in India and shares this knowledge locally. She is trained in Ashtanga, Hatha, Yin Yoga, Yoga Decolonisation, Kirtan, Pregnancy Yoga and Anatomy.

Her accessible approach offers modifications for physical asanas, focusing on understanding the breath during yoga practice.

Teacher & Pre/Post Natal Specialist

I love helping others discover the joy of yoga. As a 500-hour registered yoga teacher, I share my passion with everyone—from new and expectant mothers to athletes and local charities. I teach regularly in Twyford, Wallingford, Streatley, Berkshire and Oxfordshire.

My training began with Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and has expanded to include functional movement, yoga for athletes, pregnancy and postnatal yoga, yoga for anxiety and yoga nidra. My classes focus on tuning into your body, breath and mind, offering tailored options to meet you where you are each day.

Jean has been working in the fitness industry for the last three decades and during that time she has taught a wide range of disciplines.

Over the last ten years she has developed a real passion for Pilates, having seen amazing results from her clients. Her classes emphasise technique with everyone working on their individual progression to improve their strength, flexibility and mobility.

My background was in gymnastic, I loved to see the body progress and get stronger, this lit a burning desire in me to help others achieve a strong, healthy working body. This is where my journey into the fitness industry begain, the love of people and to help them build a power and confidence in themselves that was achievable through exercise.

I have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years. I’m a fully qualified in Pilates Barre and many other disciplines, as well as being a sports massage therapist and personal trainer, this gives me the knowledge to help strengthen and build your fitness, in a comfortable, fun and energised way.

I started practicing yoga over 20 years ago. Yoga and meditation have helped me to find my true path to happiness, wellbeing, peace and joy. They have helped me to navigate the ups and downs of life, and I love to share the knowledge I have learned (and am still learning), in my yoga classes, meditation classes, workshops, retreats and sound healing.

I have become more immersed in the world of yoga since having my children – it is a way of life for me, I live and breathe yoga and am constantly adding to my knowledge and skills.

Life can be busy, come and join me to rest and be still for a moment.

Kim Beech

Kim, originally from Koh Samui, Thailand, moved to England in 2008. Adjusting to life in the busy city was challenging, affecting her mental health. In 2016, she discovered yoga, which helped her regain balance and inspired her to become a teacher.

Her Vinyasa Flow classes, influenced by her Thai heritage and favorite teachers, are unique and inclusive, welcoming all sizes, genders, and ages. Raised with traditional Buddhism, she incorporates Vipassana meditation for self-transformation through self-observation.

Kim founded “MoveInsideFlow,” a yoga, movement, retreat, and event platform aimed at empowering people with tools, community, and connection for lasting change.

With 17 years in education, Karen brings a wealth of experience to her passion for yoga. Her love for the outdoors and active lifestyle led her to explore yoga, which she now shares with children and teens.

Through storytelling, games, and fun, Karen introduces young people to yoga’s benefits. For teens, she emphasizes mindfulness, relaxation and physical fitness. Karen is dedicated to building mental resilience and fostering a lifelong love for wellbeing in young people.

Hypnobirthing & Baby Massage

Lizzie is a qualified hypnobirth instructor with a level 3 diploma from the Calm Birth School. She offers 1:1 and group hypnobirthing and baby massage courses across Twyford, Wargrave & Henley & the surrounding areas.

As well as being a hypnobirthing and baby massage instructor; she’s a mother of two beautiful girls. They very much inspired her to embark on this journey after experiencing two very different, yet ultimately positive birth experiences.

Olivia’s path to becoming a yoga teacher began with a spark of curiosity ignited by Eckhart Tolle’s “The Power of Now”. This early exploration of mindfulness and meditation led her to a deep appreciation for yoga’s holistic approach to well-being. A 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Hatha, Vinyasa and Kundalini solidified her passion and expertise.

For Olivia, yoga is more than a physical practice; it’s a journey of self-discovery and connection. She is committed to honoring yoga’s rich Indian heritage while making it accessible to modern practitioners. Her classes are dynamic and challenging, encouraging students to find strength, flexibility and inner peace through breath and movement. Sara’s yoga path began as a personal quest for physical and mental wellbeing. This journey led to a deep understanding of yoga’s transformative power. She believes that the mat is a microcosm of life, offering lessons that extend far beyond the physical practice.

Sara’s classes are inclusive and welcoming, catering to all levels and abilities. With a focus on alignment and modifications, she ensures every student feels supported and empowered. Her teaching style weaves together dynamic flows, grounding postures and mindful moments. Inspired by nature and the interconnectedness of all things, Sara’s classes often incorporate themes of the elements and chakras.

Beyond the physical practice, Sara aims to cultivate a sense of community and belonging. Her classes provide a space to connect with yourself and others, leaving you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and inspired.
